NPCs of Skid Row and around

There's normal (or semi-normal) people around aswell, and this is where those that are more important to Alix and Johnny will be written down with description and who they are to the Ratkin.

Eric Higgins

A fairly tall kid with short, black hair and eyes that's a pale brown colour. Combat boots, black jeans and a black military shirt finishes up the look. He's most often armed with a switchblade, and sometimes he plays with it just to look "cool".

Johnny met Eric when Eric was sent to deliver a message to Johnny and Alix, and after Johnny showed his prowess in kicking people's asses single-handedly in homid, Eric wanted to learn how to fight. He'll probably end up being infected with the Birthing Plague, to see if he can be useful at all.

Helena Kerry - under Johnny's protection

Though she looks fairly young, Helena is actually 22. She's got red hair, greyish eyes and lots of freckles in the pale face. She's fairly slender, with long legs and not many curves.

Laura Owens - under Johnny's protection

The oldest in Johnny's "stable", Laura is certainly all woman. She's got chestnut brown hair down to her shoulders, brown expressive eyes and a nose that got broken once in the past and never fully healed. Her body type can best be described as full, with a slender waist, wide hips, full breasts and long legs, and not exactly waifish at all. She's probably in her mid-twenties.

She has a daughter of ten (Sandy), and a newborn daughter named Teresa.

Liza Mendoza - under Johnny's protection

Ratfink's "chosen woman", Liza is in her early twenties, a fairly attractive woman of hispanic descent. She has black hair that goes down to her ears, and brown eyes, her body well-toned and in shape.

Ashley Stewart

Cop who knows Johnny and is prepared to give him info from time to time. She's tried to arrest Johnny several times, but has given that up by now, as she knows she can't catch him, and there's actually bigger fish to fry.

Susan Spirit's-Voice

A Black Fury with Mother Rat as a personal totem, living in Skid Row. She has a son, Jordan, fathered by Johnny. She runs a shelter for runaways, to get young girls off the streets.

Allie

A psychic who has met Johnny a couple of times, and tells him about a few visions she has.
